Looks like Columbine to me.
I have a flower up the road from my house in Pennsylvania.
I can't find it anywhere in my flower books so that I could identify
it.

The consensus in my office (the Agriculture and Environment Program at
Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tomkpins County) is that it looks like a
Columbine, although maybe a cultivated variety, as the variety we see
around here in the wild is a deep salmon color with a white interior, as
opposed to the pink one you show. Of course, our horticulture person isn't
in today, so we could be wrong. We'll ask her to look at it tomorrow!

Columbine--I've got them throughout my garden--mostly deep, dark
purples but one just came up this season with a pink/white hue.

in many colors. I have one beauty that is rust on the outside with
yellow inside. A purple and white, blue and white, light pink and
white, dark pink and white and a dusky blue with white. What is
common are the leaves.

I also was going to say a Columbine. I just saw this plant at a store and
loved it! The one I saw was pink just like your picture.
